其中我覺得值得關住的是位於倫敦西北的Old Oak Common區
是位於Willesden Junction和North Acton中間的黃金三角地段
被形容成倫敦屬一屬二的窮困的地區"deprived area",現在政府想要下重本把它打造成西區的Canary Wharf
預計之後的車站會結合
Crossrail (前一站Paddington,後一站Acton Main Line)
HS2 (High Speed 2高速鐵路) (前一站Euston,後一站Birmingham Interchange)
加上現有附近車站的地鐵線,整個弄起來應該可以跟Kings Cross PK一下!
不過這個車站目前預計在2026年才可以完工開放!
中間應該會陸續開發新的預售屋,大家可以觀望一下~
假如是現在就要投資,倒是可以看看Willesden Junction車站(二三區交界處)附近的房子
因為目前看來Willesden Junction的交通已經相當不錯~
有Bakerloo Line (前一站Kensal Green,後一站Harlesden)
還有Overground (前一站Kensal Green,後一站Harlesden/Acton Central/Shepherds Bush)
也不知道這個計劃會不會順利進行下去,讓我們拭目以待!!
